Questions owners ask
Does it change anything in my Relay account?
The Relay Connector only reads the Trips page your dispatchers already have open. It never books, accepts, assigns or edits a load. It sends what it reads only to 365dispatch, for your workspace.
What do I need to start?
A Telegram master group for your staff, a Telegram group per truck with its driver, your Google Sheet UPDATE BOARD, and Chrome with Relay's Trips page open on at least one computer. Several computers can run the connector; one reads at a time and another takes over if it goes quiet.
What if the bot gets something wrong?
Every change it makes is logged. /why shows the reason behind any status, ready time or location, your staff can correct any cell, and the morning check lists cells that disagree with Relay.
Can one Updater cover several carriers?
Yes. Updaters belong to your company, so 20 trucks can be split across all your carriers, for example 8, 7 and 5.
What happens after the 5 free days?
We message you on Telegram. To keep going, you pay for the Updaters you need, $79.99 a month each at the launch price.
